I will be in Atlantic City in a couple of weeks for my bachelor party. We are heading down from CT and playing golf at Shore Gate Friday morning and heading to AC after. Can you guys recommend a good place to stock up on beers (and food) on our way back to AC? We rented a house for three days so we will have ample fridge space for beers and food. Some of the crowd leans towards BMC products but there are a few of us who will be looking for some good beers to brake the monotony.

    Thank you.

There is a Canal Joe's in Egg Harbor Township one exit or so south of the AC Expressway I hit up before I did a weekend in AC and they had some good stuff, including Fruet (at the time).

In case any else stumbles on this thread, the place to stop when visiting AC seems to be the Roger Wilco in Ventnor. No need to go all the way to Egg Harbor anymore. Although JC's there does have a pretty good selection.

Gleesons right on SIC Blvd near Shoregate has a good craft selection (by NJ shore standards)

What marshmeli is trying to say is Joe Canal's, not Canal Joe's. I can relate, I have dyslexic moments all the time.

Yeah sorry my mistake. Never heard of that chain before so I swapped the name.

I grew up in that area, and everytime I go to AC I stop at White Horse Liquors in Absecon. It's about 10 minutes outside of AC on Route 30 (White Horse Pike). They have a huge craft selection. http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/22135
