    Poll #33 determined that the hop schedule will be 60 minutes, 10 minutes and Flameout/Whirlpool/Hopstand. This poll (#34) will determine which of the flavor/aroma hops will be used in the 10 minute addition. The potential combinations are unique. Straight plurality wins.

    For those looking ahead, the next poll will determine quantity(s) of hops for this addition, before moving on to the Flameout/Whirlpool/Hopstand addition then the Bittering charge (which will be the IBU balancer).

    This poll will be open for 48 hours.

    Grain Bill:
    Belgian Pilsner Malt (68%)
    Flaked Wheat (17%)
    Vienna malt (15%)

    WLP565/Wyeast 3724 at beginning of fermentation
    WLP644, 0.5 Liter Starter Recommended, added to primary when beer/wort reaches gravity of 1.033

    60 Minutes - Saaz and/or Hallertau (TBD)
    10 Minutes - Saaz and/or Hallertau (TBD, this poll)

    I see no reason not to use both here. Ditto for the FO additions.

    Interesting that no one has added anything to this poll, even though 9 out of 28 voters disagree with my statement. Come on people, let's start an argument about hops :slight_smile:

    I like the spiciness that Saaz in higher amounts contributes during the boil, for what it's worth I will be voting for both at flameout.

    I wasn't wild about Hallertau the one time I used it, just saaz for me
