Avery Brew Finder thwarted in Austin, Texas for Uncle Jacob's Stout. The distributor, Ben E. Keith, sold Uncle Jacob's to all retailers (not bars or restaurants) as Rumpkin instead. It will not show up as either one in Avery's system. Something to keep in mind when you are attempting a lookup for an Avery barrel aged rarity. This may be a technique the retailers and distributors are using to thwart "whale" hunters trying to find rare beers.

I know it was ringing up as Rumpkin at Specs in FW, but the beer finder did manage to get some of the stores right up here....

This would explain why I got an email from the Central Market N. Lamar person saying that Avery Rumpkin is in.

This seems to localized to the Austin BEK distribution area. Dallas and Houston show up in Avery Beer Finder.
