    Hi All,

I'll be in Montreal next weekend (7th to 10th) for a bachelor party.

We will be staying at: Loews Hôtel Vogue, 1425 Rue de la Montagne, Montreal, QC, Canada (off Sainte Catherine St.)

    No car to use.
This is a 3 part question-

    1. Can anyone recommend any good beer stores/bars in walking distance?

    2. I'm sure the craft selection is very different in Canada, can anyone recommend me any good breweries/beers to look for? Specifically, imp. stouts, IPAs, and DIPAs.

    3. I know it's very off-topic for this forum, but can anyone recommend any good nearby daytime activities?

Thanks all in advance for help here.

Many posts begin this way, and they all end the same. Take a 15 minute subway ride to the Laurier stop, and spend an afternoon at Dieu du Ciel. You won't regret it. But don't show up at 9pm with a group of 10 guys hoping to get a seat. It fills up early on weekends.
