BCBS 2012 - Michigan Release/Sightings

I've been checking daily but nobody has heard a word about this. It'll go quickly.

 

The rumormongers on the eastside of the state disagree.

 

Yeah Ive asked a few places and all Ive gotten was blank stares lol. I really want to get a 4 pack of this

 

Fabiano Brothers, my local GI distributor, asked for 50 cases of BCBS but have yet to receive any. A rep for Fabiano that I know is supposed to shoot me a text when they get it in. I'll keep you posted.

Note: Fabiano asked for 50 cases last year as well but only received 4. Hopefully with the increased production and AB InBev's acquisition of GI they will receive much more since they're the largest distributor of AB InBev products in Michigan.

 

I think thats the biggest problem around here as noone know when they're getting it.

Sorry had to make the joke, Im really hoping the rumors of more production are true, though it doesn't seem to be helping in Chicago any. Im just hoping because Ive never even seen a bottle of the stuff let alone had a chance to buy any.

 

Wayne county is claiming November, Oakland county rumors are that it was supposed to hit this week like the tribune article says, but these seem to be just rumors still

 

none of those 4 made it to any store around me, that I know of.

 

I really hope your right I have been asking around a bit and haven't heard nothing yet, but i'll let you know ryan.

 

It may seem crazy but two of the four bottles i got last year came from California. I hop to gt a few local ones this year. I will be searching for it.

 

See I'm pretty sure the tweet from GI themselves said the week of the 17th for Michigan, though I dont know how accurate that can be. There can be that much disparity between areas of that state?

I have been searching daily for it, on the internets with no luck as well. Yesterday, Sicilianos said: "I asked our distributor about it and they say they have no idea when it will reach us". How's that for an answer? But hey, they got another lips of faith series in...

 

I checked a few places in Grand Rapids and one place had no clue and said it wasn't released til November. The other said they've been begging for it but they don't know if or when they'll get any.

I think that's where the date of Sept. 17th is coming from.

 

lol I didn't see the article, I saw someone else mention it. I was just saying it bad enough getting this stuff without people reading about it in the paper.

 

The Washtenaw County distributor of Goose Island had no idea if they were getting any this year, they said last year they only got one case.

 

lol so I just got a message from D schullers they said they won't get any till next year, and they could only sell me one bottle
