Isn't the blendery based out of long Beach?

Yes, they've been special events only for some time I believe.

Hops of Fury is out, anyone tried it yet?

The are behind the Beachwood restaurant in the Promenade on Long Beach Blvd. They did open on the weekends. Not sure they’re hours and days now. Things have changed in the area.

Unfortunately not yet. I’m only looking for a can or 2. I don’t like buying 4pks of triples. Unless it’s really good and worth a 4pk. My triple 4pk came today from Cheeky. Swim Test tipa is one of those worth it. A can a week. This will taste better each week.

So is that side of the business threatened if they abandon dtlb? Is the blendery possibly a reason they haven't abandoned that outpost yet?
I haven't had a ton of blendery stuff but everything I've had has been fantastic. Top tier mixed ferm/wild ale stuff for sure.

The Blendery should be okay as they are only open as a brewery with tasting room. Harrison is keeping the Blendery alive with his blendery skills and technics. Unfortunately I’m just not into sours. Let’s see if the now brewery tasting room survives this.

I'm in the same camp and I still find myself buying quite a few of the Blendery releases because every one of them has been a delight.

I have vintage Ryan/Harrison era Blendery bottles in my small beer fridge. Open one every now & then. I’m down to 7 from 12 bottles. Each one has been most excellent. Coming from a hopanatic.

Funk yeah is one of the very few American takes on geuze that has been able to hang with the Belgian examples. To me, that is a mark of seriously elite blending talent. It would be a real shame to lose them.

Are the bottles widely distributed down south? My local specialty shop has been getting some Beachwood cans pretty steadily for a couple years, I wonder if he could bring some blendery stuff up

I've said this and will say it again, if Blendary was somewhere in the east coast, they would be highly sought out and traded for.
