    To clarify, I wasn't watching this before the slagging starts! Happened to be on while on my break.

    There was a beer featured on the programme which was recommended for curry dishes, as I've not found a really good one to match it, I was hoping someone knew what it might be? Cheers.

    There have been suggestions that mild is the perfect accompaniment to curry rather than hop forward beers. Seeing as there is a wide range of flavours and levels of spiciness in your average BIR menu this thread might be interesting reading...

    Tonight it's prosecco with ginger liqueur, trying out some mixes for Xmas.
