Beer raffle to benefit Indy Likes Beer's fight with cancer

    Hi everybody! A lot of you may know me from my posting here on this site. I'm the guy with the Golden Retrievers. We have reviewed a lot of love here on BA, and have made many friends. Sadly, about three months ago, my boy Indy,7, was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma (bone cancer). Two weeks later, he had his front leg amputated at the shoulder. He is in much less pain now. We have started chemotherapy, and he is enrolled in a vaccine study. We will do whatever we can to make sure that he lives a long and happy life. The problem is that these treatments cost is astronomical, and we have no choice but to ask for help. We started a Facebook page, Indy Likes Beer, and after just 3 days we've already raised over $1000- that's great. It just about covers one trip down for treatment.
    Yesterday, my friend Fuj (@Fujii13 ), of FujOnTap, started a beer raffle to raise money. Every little bit helps, and if we raise more than needed, we will forward it to another family whose dog is in need.

    Big update on the raffle today thanks to a big bottle donation from @dmeadows. We'll be splitting up the bottles to 6 bottle prizes so there are more chances to win (currently at 3). We're still finalizing the list of bottles for each prize, but I should have an update on a fourth box tomorrow, too!

    Just donated! My buddy Ralph (<----- see picture) just passed a couple months ago from a pretty aggressive mast cell tumor. It was an extremely tough decision to not pursue a surgical option, but in his case it would have been a crap shoot at best to beat the cancer, and at 8 years old (Bulldogs, unlike Goldens, only have a life expectancy of 8-10 years to begin with) the best result would only have bought him a year or two, and only if we were insanely lucky.
