I'm in the process of relocating to St. Charles (coming from Dallas) and wondering if somebody can point me in the direction of a good beer store. I grew up in Michigan and really excited to have the opportunity to drink some beers from the Midwest again.
St Charles, Illinois? Binny's in St Charles, Genos in Elgin, Lundeens in St Charles, Sycamore and DeKalb, Woodmans and Binnys in Algonquin, these are my top places in town or within 20 minutes or so. Bars would be Tap House in St Charles and the Geneva Ale House
It's not like you'll be in the city, or Dekalb (sorry, following the trend like an easily led atomiton), but you'll be able to bring in some good beer!
Just sent you a BM, John. Also, add Niche (in Geneva) to your bars list. IMO its the best beer bar in the Fox Valley.
