Last night we launched our Beer Trading Feedback System for testing and feedback thread, and today we're yet again stoked to announce a few more updates to further enhance the beer trading experience here on BeerAdvocate.

    Gots
Some people trade what they've Got, and others don't. Until today there was no distinction, making it more difficult to find out what's for trade, but no more. We've also made some other helpful updates.
    • Tag any of your Gots as a beer for trade (FT).
    • Number of Gots FT is stored as a member stat.
    • View your Gots or FT in separate lists.
    • Ability to untag FT beers; won't delete them from your Gots.
    • View just the members who have tagged a beer as FT when viewing a beer's Wants or Gots.
    • Gots limit increased to 2,500 (from 1,000).
    • Added confirmation prompt before deleting a Got (and Want).
Note: If a member has one or more beers tagged as FT, we now assume that they're an active trader and display beer trading content specific in the future.

    Beer Trading Stats
We've enhanced and extended the stats that appear on your beer trading pages.
    • The beer trading stats block appears across the site (under your member avatar/stats) for logged in members who are active traders.
    • Added the number of Beers FT.
    • Added easy links to: Trades, Pending Trades & Beers FT.
Remember: To activate this block (and future beer trading features) you must have some Gots tagged as FT.

    To-Dos
    • Add beer trading stats block to forum sidebars.
    • Save a step by adding the option to Got + FT from beer profiles.
    • Misc adjustments to a beer's Gots listings.
Thanks to @Jason & @Mike for their input this morning. We were able to real-time develop and test all over the above via Google+ Hangouts.

    Happy beer trading.

    Cheers!
