Had a bottle of Anchorage Love Buzz saison the other day, and loved it. This evening, while drinking Dogfish Head Red & White, I'm realizing that I really like what pinot noir adds to beers. So I'm looking for other good beers to try, either aged in PN barrels, or maybe brewed with it (like Red and White). Suggestions?

Cue the Supplication jokes (love that beer, too, BTW).

I actually enjoyed the MOA stout aged in Pinot noir barrels a good deal more than the BA community as a whole. Not too big of a flier either at around five bucks, worth a shot at least.

+1 for Collage. That shit was on point. Although, apparently it was aged on more than just pinot barrels.

Been drinking Supplication on tap for the last 3 days... hard to imagine it getting much better.

I gave it an honest try, and it's definitely unique.

I feel like it is about 85% better once it reaches room temperature, I'll say that. So if anyone tries MOA IS, don't drain pour it based on how it tastes straight outta the fridge... especially not at that price
