I know Founders is in Texas now, but the neighborhood Spec's never seems to have any...other than the All Day IPA. I've been wanting to try the Centennial IPA.

    In no particular order:

-Black Sheep (Riggwelter, Special Ale, Best Bitter, Golden Sheep, all on cask, please)
-Goose Island (Bourbon County Stout, Honker's, Pere Jacques, Matilda, et al)
    -Firestone Walker (Double DBA, Sucaba)
-Jolly Pumpkin (Baudelaire IO Saison, Calabaza Blanca, Biere de Mars, etc)
    -Ommegang (Abbey, 3 Phils, Hennepin)
    -Fuller's (ESB, Vintage, 1845
-New Glarus (Fruit beers, Fat Squirrel, Spotted Cow, and a few others)
-Chimay (Blue, White, Red, it's all good!)
-St. Bernardus (For the Christmas ale alone, but the others are great too!)
-Schlafly (Love some older Oak-Aged Barleywine, and a bunch of other, regular offerings)

Probably one of the less flashy lists, but I could drink off this list, with nothing else, ever, and be thrilled

And Foothills (NC) bc I live 10 minutes away and 9$ growlers of Jade IPA is the best deal I have personally found. I'm sure as soon as I hit post I'll think of something else... The first 2 out were Dechutes and Lagunitas. Then Cigar City, Jester King, and Bells.
