    Bourbon County Stout-Vanilla
    Pliny
    Kernel Double Citra
FW Double Jack- found it on keg which is a once in a blue moon occurrence in the UK. Much better than I expected as it's not one of the hyped DIPA
Salopian- Darwin's Origin. It's hard to get excited about an English bitter but for me this turned out to be a benchmark for the style.

Olde Rabbit's Foot. Reason being is that previously I had never tried anything from Olde Hickory, Duck Rabbit or Foothills so I was a little apprehensive, but after the first taste on draft at the Release, it blew me away! Delicious brew!

Hill Farmstead Edward, Susan and Double Galaxy--easily in my top 10 of all time. Perhaps this has to do with the incredible pilgrimage one has to make to obtain them, but god damn they were tasty. Well worth the excursion.

I have tried many IPAs and Pliny tastes soapy to me more often than not. Also, it's pretty readily available in SoCal; my store gets it weekly. Additionally I don't find Pliny's citrusy/grassy "palate" to be that complex. Balance however, I will agree with you on.

    speedway
and very much out of my stout girl character: hell or high watermelon- my expectations were low, yet I found it surprisingly drinkable while hanging by the pool.

to me, Westvleteren 12. It's praise is well deserved IMO and while Rochefort 10, St. Bernardus 12, Pannepot, and Cuvée Van De Keizer Blauw are all outstanding, Westy 12 still takes the cake for me.
