For me it's Dogfish Head 90 minute. The beer that got me into ipas. Great stuff (very well balanced, which I appreciate), yet I haven't bought any in at least half a year (probably closer to a year). How about you? What are some beers that have "wow-ed" you time and again, but that you haven't purchased in a good while.

Need me some original Fantome. It's probably been close to a year since I had one but that's not for fault of not wanting to buy it. They seem to have dried up around these parts. Next time they town hit I'm stocking up!

Interesting topic...well, my answer is all of them. No matter how much I like a beer, my mission to try all the new beers I can makes me never rebuy the same beer twice. One day when/if I burn out, I will just fall back to all my 5s and be good for the rest of time.

Torpedo/Smuttynose IPA. Love them both but I usually buy 2H or Caldera.

DFH 60 Minute. Their pricing has been pissing me off.

Saison Dupont. One of my all time faves, but I pass it by most of the time now. Too many fun new things to try I suppose.

I've been thinking about posting a similar topic for a while. I make a point of only occasionally buying some of the beers that I really enjoy because I don't want to burn myself out on them. 3 of them would be

    Aventinus
    Hopfenwiesse
    Hennepin

As a grad student, I don't have a lot of money to spend, so there are lots.

    Smuttynose Finestkind
    Ommegang (basically all of them)
    Victory Hop Wallop
Green Flash Double Stout & WCIPA
    Stone Arrogant Bastard & Ruination
    Sixpoint Bengali Tiger
    Brooklyn Local 1
Sierra Nevada (basically all of them)

And maybe the biggest one is Flower Power. Always love it, almost never buy it. I'm a terrible craft beer [financial] supporter.

Why pity? Is he new to craft beer and hasnt had the luxury of trying all his Top wants? Does he know fully what he enjoys yet?

Little harsh to say you pity someone for expressing how they like to drink their beer.

    Cheers!

Yeah, what suffering. Sounds like a real pitiful existence drinking beer the way they want. If I send you my drinking routine can you critique it for me and tell me where I might make improvements?

Pretty much all of them. Too many new beers to try before I start revisiting favorites.

A lot of mine are local. Recently had an Alpha King while out and forgot how much I loved it and how long it had been.
