Beers you will never drink again

I'll be as bold as to speak for people back home by saying it's not on most's radars. It wasn't until I joined BA and saw it being sung high praises that I decided to renew my acquaintance with it, and I was left very unimpressed. I'd bought three bottles from the brewery shop and ended up giving two away to friends. While in no way a bad beer it's boring, and I'm completely baffled by its recurring popularity on BA.

 

Game Day Ice, Big Flats 1901, Bruvado, and Tailgate IPA. The worst of the worst.

For an example of a beer from that ilk that is tolerable try Beer 30 Ice.

Dogfish Head Festina Peche. So foul!

 

Shiner Bock....Horrible watered down example of a great beer style!! Don't ever base your review of the style off of this beer!

 

Ziegenbock. Taste like water, no aftertaste on tongue whatsoever
Bud light lime. Can't believe I even had it in the first place. I'll never touch any bud light again

 

I can't believe how many people are saying festina peche. A world class Berlinerweisse.

 

Call me crazy but I hated La Fin Du Monde. It's the yeasty aroma and aftertaste that ruins it for me...

Blue Dot IPA from Hair Of The Dog. Visited them this summer and was extremely disappointed in all of their beers, but Blue Dot tasted the worst out of any craft brew I've drank in 20 years! Very heavy blue cheese smell and taste, with a big flavor of band aids to complement it. I'll give HOTD one more shot, but I'll never touch a Blue Dot again!

 

Can't narrow down any specific beers since they were not memorable.

I think in general the beer market is inflated with IPA's. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE a great IPA but there are a lot of bad ones so I'm always hesitant to try new ones, sadly.

Also, I not a fan of anything "Barrel Aged". The flavors seem to come out way too strong and by the time you get to the bottom of your glass it tastes like liquor. If I want liquor, I'll buy a shot.

Budweiser.

 

Westbrook Gose. I don't get this style and certainly don't have the palette for it

 

I have that beer sitting in my fridge. I'm scared to try it.

 

I gotcha. Definitely a mood beer regardless.

 

Any IPA by Founder's. I have tried a few and they all taste the same as each other to me.

Not great.
