Yikes is that dark. I don't see many Quads with that type of head. Typically you need roasted malts for that. Looking forward to a taste.
But I need to ask. How do you the beer out with not removing the cork?

In fact the beer was tasted during a beer savouring event from local beer club 't Scarphoutertje.
They really go some scoop there !!!
