    Oh right.

    Haven't had the past years, but definitely fruity and little sourness. I like it more than what most sours are, but that's coming from a non-sour person.

    I got two, one to hang onto for a little while, but I havent opened yet.

    To be honest I was caught off guard timing wise and I have a ton of other stuff I need to drink first. It was totally a "Honey, this release snuck up on me and I had to jump on it quick" kind of situation. And of course I had to fill the box to make it worth ordering. I have to drink the hops first. And my Third Moon order, and the QC beers I just got, and and and...:sunglasses:

    I hear you. My closet cellar has been growing very quickly. I haven't jumped on Third Moon yet just due to everything else i have to drink (and their stouts are out of stock).

    Definitely hops first, then the stouts and farmhouses can rest.

    Is there a QC place that ships to ON?

    I was lucky enough to catch one of their Instagram posts about mixed boxes so I jumped on one. 2 each of 3 IPAs,2xseltzer and 1x of a coffee and a coffee w/vanilla. All have been excelent. The stouts especially so.

    I was actually in North Bay for a few nights the week before last for (sort of) work. Had a free afternoon so I drove to Rouyn-Noranda and hit up a bottle shop up there to get a bunch of QC options while not being in any COVID hotspots. Well worth the drive.

    Has anyone got their hands on Nanaimo stout? It looks like it sold out within the day of its release!

    Currently drinking their barn owl 22. I find it hard to distinguish all their wild ales apart.

    I ordered a few bottles that I’ll collect on Monday. The pastry stout craze is in full effect in Ontario now. Not as bad as the recent Third Moon offerings, but it sold out pretty quickly.

    I’m a little tired of the Barn Owl series. I used to buy them all, but have ignored the last few. So many variations on a theme. Same with most of the other Bellwoods sours.

    So double BYOD was released yesterday. They take Boyd and put it into whiskey barrels for 6mo.

    Also was able to sang some mint Nanaimo stout as well.

    Picking them up today!

    Both sold out pretty quickly too.

    I’m looking forward to the new Citra Greenbelly. I generally dislike IIIPAs, but liked Greenbelly last time around and usually an seduced by Citra.

    I feel like, after a year or so of being disappointed y their IPAs, the last few I’ve had have been quite good.

    Didn't take long thats for sure. Again...

    Haven't had it before, so I am definitely intrigued by it. I'll be leaving the city next year, so I may as well get in as many of these beers as I can while I'm here!

    Well the mint Nanaimo was not up my ally. Strong mint that I felt was rather off putting.
    Shame, wish I could have tried the base version.
