Maybe they'll open a second production brewery, in that 10 x 16 footprint.

Anybody wanna join me to pitch a "Tiny Brewhouse Show" to FYI or another cable network? Maybe we could have Vav host it, seeing that he has some free time on his hands......

Hey guys - I founded Belly Up Beer Company quite literally in a laundry room (~22 x 8 ft, but awkwardly shaped) on a 1/2 bbl system I am still brewing on today. I work very hard to get a very tiny amount of beer out my doors at a negative profit, but I love doing it and I know its just a small step to a bigger plan. Not sure if the above are honest questions or inside jokes (we've never once considered setting up a GoFundMe), but happy to answer any questions you may have! Thanks - Joe

Thanks for the support! Hillgrove Tap is your best bet in Western Springs, as they have been my main account from the start. However, depending on where you live we also sell to Riverside Foods and Vino e Birra in 6-packs (got word that Vino e Birra is out). We recently dropped off samples at both Nickson's and Wild Monk in LaGrange, so depending on when you read this, they may also have some. Given how small we are (i.e. how little beer we make), I would recommend calling ahead before making the trip. Feel free to continue posting questions here, or you can always email [email protected] and we will try and get back to you asap.

Best of luck. I look forward to trying several and enjoying at least a couple.

Been meaning to check that place out. Downtown Western Springs may be a little too high brow for the likes of me though. Probably get run out of the place...lol.

Picked up some Howlin' Hank today from Riverside foods. They do a real nice job of bringing in a variety of beers, both local and otherwise. Good to see another brewery popping up in the western burbs.

I would agree regarding Riverside Foods - the guy who purchases the beer for them really takes it seriously and knows his stuff. Always has a good selection.
