Hey all. Gonna make the trek from RI tomorrow for some of that FBD goodness with my folks. It'll be our first time to the brewery. We're going to be wanting to stop in at a good bar with a nice tap list (and maybe some decent food as well) and a good bottle shop or two to peruse as well. Any suggestions are more than welcome. Thanks a lot! Cheers.

Amity Wine is a good store, incredibly close to NEBCO.

Options for bars/food in the area, Prime 16 in downtown New Haven (they had the NEBCO tap takeover this week), Mikro in Hamden.

Amity Wine is 1/8 of a mile away from NEBCO. From there, Delaney's is 5 minutes down the same street (solid beer and food). Then, from there, Prime 16 is another 5 minutes in Downtown New Haven, and Cask Republic (same owners a Gingerman) is a 1/2 block away.

If you want world class pizza and some awesome NEBCO draft beer, go to Modern Apizza, which is also in New Haven. They always have 2+ lines of super fresh NEBCO on at all times. Wouldn't shock me if Gold Stock was on right now.

Thanks all. Had a great little trip down to Woodbridge/New Haven today. We did make it to NEBCO around 11:30 this morning and was able to load up on FBD and check out the brewery. Loved the feel of it and how tiny the operation was. The guys couldn't have been nicer. We ended up calling a bunch of places looking for Gold Stock since we had never had it...but unfortunately NEBCO ran out and so did everyone else. SO, ended up at Modern Apizza and had Gandhi, Sea Hag, and Elm City pints. Not too shabby! Still would love to try Gold Stock!
