Afternoon, I live right on the border of BC/WA in Blaine WA. Being raised here most my life, I know my way through and around BC ok, but what I do not know is where all the good beer is kept. I am not looking to venture as far as Vancouver, but if there are any good liquor stores that have better selection than others, I would love to know! Thanks for the info! May swing by Central Surrey Brewing Co. later this week, fwiw. Seems they have a pretty great list of options, but I would like to expand my ventures and see what else is out there.
The Central City store is one of the best in the lower main land so you have answered your own question, if you have no plans to go into Vancouver.
Agreed, Central City is one of the best in town for selection and has the best prices for sure. I wish I lived closer to it ...actually, lets make that I wish it was closer to where I live
Central City has great selection/prices. Make sure you try out their Imperial IPA, as well. Big Ridge Liquor Store is also pretty good albeit a little pricier. They have a healthy stock of Driftwood Singularity/Old Cellar Dweller if that's your cup of tea.
I double <3 Singularity and may have to pick up a couple more! OCD is something I have been wanting to try, $20 price tag at my local shop has me avoiding it for now however Thanks for the other replies as well! I appreciate the input.
Travelled all the way from Ontario to have a beer (or two) at Central City. Well, there were a few other stops. But I was not disappointed in Central City. It is a must do.
