Best beer with a cheap price

    A good double IPA for $2.29 and its a 22 Oz'er. From Trader Joe's. The Boatswain Double IPA Twin Screw Steamer. 8.4% ABV. I love it and you can't beat the price. Highly recommended. Get it.

    Sweetwater makes a really great, imo, IPA. At 8.99 a 6, it's the cheapest great tasting IPA I can find. Lagunitas is about the same here for IPA, PILS, and Maximus.

    And a bomber here is 7-8 bucks! I'ts not cheap or worthy of the price in the SE.

    7.99 for a 16.9 oz bottle? That seems quite pricey. In WA, it's about 3.49 - 3.99.

    ewww, I thought that one was horrible; great price though, at $2.99 I wish I enjoyed it!

    that beer is god-awful. But might be worth $2.99 just for the fun of sending it swirling down the drain :grinning:

    Sucks and Old Rasputin pretty much can't be beat as far as $$ for quality go where I'm at. If you want cheaper than that then most SN stuff is quite good and quite cheap.

    Cigar City Brewery tap room. You can buy and fill a 32oz growler of Jai Alai or any number of other things for $11. $7 for the growler, $4 for the fill. I'll take that every day of the week.

    Weihenstephaner Vitus... this is freakin delicious and only $2.80ish for a pint. Not the cheapest thing in the world, but for what it is, and being 7.7% abv...its always worth it.

    Also love Great Divide Hades 6 pack for $9.79. 7.8%, so its got some kick, and, once again, delicous.

    How much do you pay for a six pack of Lion Stout where you live? I used to be able to find it for $9.99 a sixer, but the last couple of years I can't find it anywhere! I was in the Long Island area during the fall and I found a beer distributor there that had it, but he wanted $19 for a six pack - I told him he could keep it for that price.

    I see the cans for $1.99/11.2 oz on ocassion and six packs/12oz bottles for $9.49.
