Peche Mortel... Will be the same in 2016 unless I get to try the BA version.

I imagine that between those and the Unibroue ones that is pretty much the case. If you look, most of those folks are in the US. DDC and Unibroue are pretty well-distributed and I imagine that a lot of people trade for BA Péché.

Unibroue and Central City are all I see in New Mexico. Would love to try all of those mentioned in this thread. Looks like some Canada visits are in order.

Limited exposure to Canadian beer in general and in 2015 specifically. BA Peche Mortel takes the top spot with honorable mention to Central City BA Thor's Hammer.

I'm going to separate this into exported Canadian beers and those that can only be purchased in Canada. Péché Mortel is the obvious winner from those imported. My favorite non-exported beer is definitely Driftwood Singularity. Incredible BA stout.

don't think I had many Canadian beers last year (so many great ones reared their heads stateside!), but I really liked Unibroue 17. I thought it was just as good as any of their other BSDAs and will age well too

My buddy traveled to Toronto several times last year so he brought back quite a few things to try. Mostly St. Ambroise, Mill Street and Hop City stuff.

If I had to narrow it down to one, I'm gonna go with Bolshevik Bastard by Nickle Brook Brewing. I also enjoyed Mill Street's Cobblestone Stout.

Flying Monkeys's Chocolate Manifesto was so good when I drank a pint of it I went and bought a bottle. I also had 4 oz. samples of several others from this brewery at a beer festival, and all were delicious. They make great beers.

Good to see some Canadian picks as most of our beers don't really get exported.

The beer I probably bought the most of would be Yellow Dog Play Dead, great IPA when it's on point.
    Four Winds Edna, Nectarous
    Bellwoods Farmageddon with Cherries
DDC Aphrodisiaque Nitro at the Montreal brewpub was insane
Driftwood Raised By Wolves really impressed me.

I was in Windsor, ON in November. At Craft Heads Brewing sampled several of theirs, but two were completely outstanding:

Chocolate Milk Stout and Turbulent Peanut Butter Porter

The latter was one of the best beers I had all year.

Unibroue would typically occupy this spot, but I had none this past year. I really liked Gahan House 1772 IPA, a beer that reminded me why I used to be a huge fan of English style IPAs.

I'm sure there are a lot of great Canadian beers, but with a limited distribution here in Florida I don't have much to go on. I do have to say though that Peche Mortel blew me away the first time I had it. A great coffee beer.

I'll be in Montreal for the first time next month. Can anyone give me advice on where to go and specific beers I need to try while I'm there? Obviously I'm going to DDC.
