You aren't the first person I have run into saying the same thing about onion. I don't pick it up at all, but I eat the hell out of garlic and onion, so maybe my palate is used to it.

Sometimes I'll go crazy and drink Heady out of a glass.

    Heady Topper.

But gotta be honest, the availability of Torpedo and the fact that's it's amazing, holds it to a close 2nd.

I think Red Racer IPA is a fantastic IPA that comes in a can!

Heady Topper takes the cake, with pretty much everything from NEBCO getting honorable mention: Gandhi-Bot and 668 of course, and even their flagships Sea Hag IPA and Elm City Pilsner are killing it these days.

Both excellent choices. I'd probably lean Abrasive, but you can't go wrong with either.

Based on popular opinion here, I need to seek out some Heady Topper...

Heady Topper and it's not close. I do love some Sun King though.

I think that TG Buffalo Sweat is a great beverage - but a bad beer. I think it has more in common with a can of Illy or Starbucks coffee than it does an actual malt beverage - but that's just my take on it.

It is not even close. Heady Topper....Heady Topper...Heady Topper. Other awesome canned breweries: Oskar Blues and SlyFox.

One of my favorites is this brewery that is about to be introduced to the craft beer arena via Evansville, Indiana in October.

I like a few but saying one is the best is subjective to personal opinion.
I like Furious, Abrasive Ale, HT, Surly Wet and Hop Crisis.

    HT<Furious and HC
    Furious<HC
Abrasive < all on my list.

Several good ones..really like Buffalo Sweat, but my vote for tops would go to Sly Fox Pikeland Pils. I would drink that all day.

Update: I just had my first can of Surly's Furious yesterday, and I'll put it as at least equal to Daisy Cutter, or maybe a little better.

I'd say Surly, particularly Furious, Wet, Coffee Bender and Abrasive Ale.

How is this thread 3 pages long? The answer is Heady Topper.

BTW, I'm in Vermont right now drinking it like it's water and there is no diminishing return. By the end of the week my blood type will either be HT or HF. Vermont rules.
