Tallgrass Brewing Big RIIC
The coffee is the first to fade, but after a year or so, it's still a lovely, chocolatey stout.
Coffee Bender by Surly. It's like drinking an iced coffee. So damn good.
Last great coffee beer for me was a local...Westbrook Mexican Coffee Cake!
Currently drinking a Single Shot from Treehouse, pretty stellar, especially for a first run. Super coffee flavor, but not overpowering at all.
I love coffee beers, and my favorite by quite a bit is BCBCS, followed by KBS. The barrel IMO does not get in the way of the coffee and the base beer, IMO it's a tremendous plus. BBB is close too, it's an excellent beer. Non barrel, Peche Mortel, FBS, WB, Ale Smith.
I've had a lot of the others mentioned here but my go to is Hinterland Luna Coffee Stout. With an ABV in the 6% range, you don't need to worry impairing yourself the next morning and you don't have to spend too much of your concentration on it. It's a solid beer, not an event. Most of the time, that's all I'm looking for.
Ranger Creek's Sunday Morning Coming Down
Astonishing taste given it's low ABV (ABV of 7.1%)
I really enjoyed the new holland dragon's milk reserve: coffee and chocolate. Really tasty and enjoyable to drink and looking forward to having it again!
From Rock Bridge Brewing in Columbia, Missouri: Option #2 Coffee Stout with hazelnuts and vanilla.
Double Shot by Treehouse
I was lucky enough to try Brickstone's Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee Dark Secret at FoBAB yesterday and it was pretty damn good
Jacks Abby coffee barrel aged Framinghammer Baltic porter. A beer as rich and delicious as the length of it s name.
Pours a deep dark chocolate brown with thick one finger taupe foam head.Aroma of chocolate, cocoa, raisins, coffee, roast malt and oak. Taste of coffee and chocolate on the tip of the tongue. Alcohol on the back of the tongue but not overbearing. Black coffee finish. Velvety smooth, low carbonation. Sip and savor

Came in here to post about Sante Fe's Imperial Java Stout. Did a quick search and only saw this one mentioned once. Really surprised me because of how amazing it is. Then again, it doesn't fit the east coast hype machine profile!
Just yesterday, Fat Head's Bean Me Up Imperial Coffee Stout... The most recent batch is just insane! Had it before a few times when on tap and always liked it, but this recent one is at a whole new level... Intense, smooth coffee flavor. Delicious.
Aside from bourbon county...
The key word here for me is recently. Just got to try Speedway Vietnamese Coffee this weekend and my expectations were slaughtered. More than a one dimensional coffee stout, this bad boy had it all going starting with the coffee and then on to vanilla and cocoa. So glad I got to try it!
Crazy coffee aroma and flavor - plus all o' dat bastardliness!
Big Bad Baptist batch 44.
