Best Hefeweizen in Houston (bottled)

    don't like the style but the one i have enjoyed was Weihenstephaner hefe.
    good price too!

    Thanks everyone. Ayinger Brau-Weisse is the beer I seem to be looking for. Very bubblegummy and similar to Live Oak Hefe, if not better.

    Ayinger makes great beer... that is a good one... and I'm never sad to drink a Celebrator from them.

    Another brewery I will have to hit up when I take a weekend getaway to Austin. Thanks for the tip. Haven't had anything from them yet.

    No problem. Look out for them if you're in Houston as well. Hefe is good.

    I love Ayinger's take on all their beers.

    Just had a taste of No labels Hefe and it was pretty good. Still like Live oaks take better for a local.

    personal faves are Franziskaner, Paulaner and Weistenphan's.

    Hell yeah. Brandon at DQ said it should be hitting Houston in a few weeks in cans.

    Looking forward to trying it! Sixpoint makes some really solid stuff, especially for the price.
