I am interested in hearing what everyone's favorite brew is that can be had for less than $10 for a 4 or 6 pack. I have found Lagunitas Sucks for $9.99 for a sixer and that is certainly on my list.

Just about everything Sierra Nevada puts out is around that price if not a little less. Great stuff!

Great Lakes Commodore Perry / Ed Fitz / Rye of Tiger in 6 pks; Blackout and L.Erie Monster in 4 pks

Got to love Sierra Nevada Pale Ale - 6 pks and Torpedo

Oskar Blues Dales Pale in 6 pk cans - yum

Sixpoint Resin 4 pk cans DIPA

    To name a few....

4 packs of Black Chocolate Stout by Brooklyn for $8.99. Affordable and excellent, this is my go-to RIS.

Most everything SN, but also most dark horse 4 packs I've seen are 8 bucks, and many great IPA's are 10 for a 6 pack, such as DPA and Rev Brewing Anti-Hero IPA.

    Great brews for great prices!

Nope. $10 for a 6. $35 for a case. I doubt anywhere outside of the brewery has it for less than that.

NEBCO Sea Hag can be had for $8.99, occasionally less. They tweaked the recipe and it's better than ever.

Recently I was quite impressed by the value I got from Sierra Nevada's Hoptimum at $9.99/4-pack

Lagunitas Sucks would also make my list but is typically ~10-11/6-pack (a price point I'm very happy with)

North Coast Old Rasputin for $8.99/4-pack is good

Dogfish Head 90-minute IPA also gets a mention as a good staple brew even though its price point is slightly above in the $10-11/4-pack range. Much like Sucks, I'm making an exception for it because I don't actually view the price as significantly different from the target range.

Double Trouble. $9.19 for a 4 pack. Pretty much all of the big Founders beers (except KBS) are $9.19 including FBS and IRS.

Old Rasputin takes the top spot for me. Every time I buy a four-pack, I can't believe it's not butter only $10.

Runner-up is Old Dominion Morning Glory Espresso Stout in a 6-pack for $9-10, which is a beer whose praises I will continue to sing at every possible opportunity.

Same here. I'm just glad I hit the brewery before DLD instead of day of. Watching those guys haul away 2 cases AND their bombers hurt my back.

I know I am in the minority but... I found SN Pale Ale and Torpedo to be blah. Very matter-of-fact and nothing special. Perhaps I was just expecting too much, I dunno. I'd like to give SN another go though and will try a couple other of their beers.

SN: Narwhal and hoptimum come to mind along with torpedo, celebration, ruthless rye.

    Racer 5

Sucks of course, lil sumpin and new dogtown.

    Drakes 1500 for sure

How much are Pt5 4packs? If they're 10$, that is definitely up there.

Being in NY, most of this is non-sense to me because our prices aren't even close. So really, this question is a bit pointless if in the middle of nowhere, beer is super cheap, but for others, it isn't.

That said, BK Chocolate Stout and Unibroue's mixed 4 pack from Trader Joe's are both around $9 here.
