Billsner, a collab with Hogshead and Bierstadt releases tomorrow at Hogshead. If it is anything like the last 2 years, it is a don't miss.

Always a big winner. The first versions were more German-style, but ever since Bierstadt opened it has been Czech...which I appreciate.

I can't find any info about the beer. Is it Czech ingredients, Sazz hops?

It used to be, but I haven't had this year's version. It was a German-style pils initially, but I think once Bierstadt opened that base was already covered.

Interesting. So the collaboration goes back to before Slow Pour? I don't get why Hog's Head is so vague about these things. I do enjoy their beers and appreciate their unique approach though.

Bierstadt has been open almost 5 years. Hogshead has been open almost 9 years. Bill has been brewing in Colorado since the late 1990s, including lots of Pilsners
