Anyone have experience aging this beer? I've got one left from my VT trip in December, unsure as to whether to drink or experiment with aging.

    Thanks!

I recall batch #1 aging decently, but not necessarily getting better. Batch #1 was also carbonated. I'm not really sure how that will affect the aging process in comparison to the un-carbonated batch #2, but I can say that I was very satisfied drinking the bottle I received recently fresh. I personally don't see it gaining anything from aging batch #2.
