I hit Blackmoor for the first time last night for a quick drink and came away with a great first impression. For those that know the list of restaurants that previously occupied the space the past 10 years, this is by far and away the best setup. An expanded bar area with a wrap-around bar, more high top seating, and lots of big screen tv's.

The menu looks fantastic with lots of different options to suit various tastes. A quick sample of the tap list:

    Kronenburg Blanc
    Weihenstephan (Kellerbier, Hefeweiss)
    Wormtown Be Hoppy
    Brouwerij De Ranke Bitter
3 Stars Two to the Dome
    Sierra Torpedo
    Harpoon IPA
    Beer'd Hobbit Juice
    Epic Escape to Colorado
    Aeronaut Orangutan Skies
    Heretic Evil Cousin
    Relic Tropical
    London Fullers Pride
    Wicked Weed Napoleon Complex
Hermit Thrush (Po Tweet, Alright, Brattlebeer)
    J. Wakefield Orange Dreamsicle
    Grimm Rainbow Dome
    Goose Island Gillian
    O'Haras
Almanac Cold Brew Coffee Barrel Noir

I will definitely be checking this place out again in the future to sample the food and tackle the diverse tap list. A welcome addition to The Town!

This place is owned by the same guy who owns Olde Magoun's Saloon, so I guess it's not surprising to see a decent tap list. I remember having a terrible experience at this address when it was "Max & Dylan's." Awful food and bad beer served in cheater pints. Ugh. I'm sure Blackmoor will do better.

Looks like they have an online list, but it hasn't been updated since June 22:

Bryan from Craft Collective here- I can vouch that they've been working hard to secure interesting beer from our portfolio, which in my humble and biased opinion is a good sign. Cheers!

I visited Blackmoor two weeks ago for the first time. Great place. Reminds me a lot of Olde Magoun's, which is a good thing. I was glad to see that they have continued the commitment to cask ales. When i was there they had two active handles serving locals and a third at the ready.
