Blue Hills Brewery Releases Antimatter 5

    Antimatter 5 is designed after an English Mild Ale, a style that originated in 17th century Britain.
    As with earlier versions of Antimatter, this beer is only brewed with a single malt and single hop.
    We use Ashburne malt from Briess Malting Co. which imparts a sweet character and toasted notes,
    and US Goldings for a subtle aroma of floral hops. Mild Ales are crafted to be easy drinking malty beers; low on bitterness and a great session beer. Cheers!

    Available on tap at better beer bars, and in bombers and growlers at fine beer stores.

    Nice, I've been on the lookout for beers modeled on English Milds lately. I'll be pleased to give this one a try.
