This is a GREAT BOOTH video - absolutely love it! Living in the Indianapolis area, I've been able to have CITRA ASS DOWN prior to COVID at at a local bar. Loved it and can't wait for the tasting and conversation during the IPA Fest. Question: Brewing in Louisville, do you locally source your hops and malt ingredients from the Midwest?

 

Bill & Ted would be proud, but hats off to the forklift inspired action sequence with beers hanging by fishing wire, Matrix style! Reminds me of the days of Fishmaster, a local late night Saturday night comedy program from San Luis Obispo in the early nineties. Looking forward to Citra Ass Down with these guys!

Holy crap that was amazing!

I recall having C.A.D. a few years ago and noted that it had a huge grain bill and huge citra (thanks to my untappd notes). So stoked to have it again.

 

For some reason i can't get the whole video to play. I saw it was a Matrix spoof though. That's awesome. Anyways, right off the bat, i love the name of the brewery and the beer!! I can't wait to try it while i sit my ass down. I guess my question would be this. How long have you been brewing beer for and what is your favorite? Thanks guys!!

YES! Clear, west coast IPA’s.

 

I've had a lot of Citra and Centennial only hop beers. What other hop variety only beers do you guys do?

 

Why does anyone care if beer is clear or hazy? sour or clean? hoppy or malty? Brew what you want. Brew what your customers will drink. Beer is beer... if you enjoy what you make and what you drink, then chill the f out.

 

NOOOOOO! Hazier the better. Don't believe me? Go to Treehouse.

 

Also, this beer is great!

 

Or Trillium. Or Bissell Brothers. Or Battery Steele, Definitive, Mast Landing, Channel Marker, Essex County. There are many awesome haze-masters in New England. BTW, if you go to Vermont, make it a trip and include Alchemist, Foam, Burlington Beer, and Hill Farmstead along with Lawsons. All awesome.

Yup. I need the answer to this too. Not sure, but I feel this was one pants beer.
