    Mark/Drekker,

Thanks a ton for joining the fest and offering one of your beers!

That's a lot of hops! I usually brew (homebrew) IPAs with around 2-3 hop varieties. I'm drinking an IPA of mine where I used 6 varieties of hops. The hop presence is there but doesn't have much character; it's kind of muddled like the hops all muted each other.

How do you pick what hops to use for beers using so many varieties? Thanks!

Are you using pelletized 007 and Huell Melon or fresh cones?

Any thoughts on a pinball themed beer? Got a favorite pinball machine?

I heard that your beers are not that popular with the audience near your brewery, and that you do most of your sales to more distant markets. Is that true? How has that affected your decisions as to the beers you make?

Interesting to see spelt in the grain bill, something I usually only see in saisons and grisettes.
What do you think spelt brings to the party in a Hazy IPA?

Punchgut created some awesome label artwork. Do you know what the inspiration is behind it all?

Great beer! Have you ever tried sitting backwards on the toilet and using the back of the toilet as a little table for your beer?

I know this is an IPA-fest, but I need to give love to your Slang Du Jour series. The Blueberry Peach Cobbler blew my mind.

I live in CA and got that beer through Tavour. Just wondering how does that partnership work, do you send specific beers to them, do they request beers? Any say on which areas get the beers?

    Thanks!

How do you get this beer so damn pale? How do you prevent browning reaction?

There are many different hops in this beer, which do you think is highlighted best?

Loving the beer - is the demand for hazy IPAs changing what you see in available hop varietals? Can you talk about how Drekker experiments with new hops?

Loved all of the Drekker IPAs (and fruited sours) that I've been able to try so far. Curious what your thoughts are in terms of drinking IPAs "super fresh" versus letting them sit in the can for a week or two and mellow out a bit - is there any validity to either approach, in your experience?

This beer has such great balance. How do you find the happy medium between excess and not enough hoppiness and bitterness?

Great beer! Love the story about the name! I'm just a putz home brewer, but how much time/pain do you put into the naming of the beers?

Your label shows, MALT, HOPS and YEAST. Does that reveal a trade secret or does that help brewers recreate the beer you create?

Amazing beer! Love the pineapple! How do you get the ABV to where it is without making the beer taste ‘heavy’?
