    Halfway Crooks (Atlanta, Georgia)

Radix; German Pilsner; 4.8%; 16oz can
German-Style Pilsner brewed with Hallertau Blanc from Seitz Farm in Bavaria Germany. This Pilsner has a special white peach and lime zest character with supporting, subtle white pepper and a little pear. A beautiful cushion of carbonation with a dry zippy finish.

Hi Joran! I love Halfway Crooks. Always curious what is different about your regular German lagers, such as active low, ADA, and radix. Malt? Hops? Do you have a favorite?

Halfway Crooks - interesting name, how'd you come up with it? Cheers!

Is the name of your brewery a Mobb Deep reference?

The Ascii style art on the can is so cool. Who came up with the description on the can and what is behind it?

How do you get the hop flavors to be so floral?

Do you use a traditional decoction to make Radix?

Can't wait to visit this brewery some day.
What is uniquely 'Halfway Crooks' about this Pilsner? What is your signature on the beers you produce?
