I'll second this. A local brewery called Solemn Oath sells branded ones of these, so I picked one up, and I use it all the time. It doesn't crease the caps.

You can put a quarter on top of the cap and use the wine key.

have the same one, and I agree, very solid. Plus the magnet at the end keeps them in its place.

Dark Horse sells an opener at their shop that is made out of a horseshoe. It does a really nice job of not crimping the cap.

Thanks for the input. I think my first step is going to be definitely making my own own with the bolt like that brewbicle one. Got everything I could possibly need already!

Now that is awesome! Nice work! I have gone to work with just fancy different pieces of wood my father has extras laying around of (he is a cabinet maker one the side from his fancy office job) and I sandy them some and thread a bold into the end of on and butcher wax them up. works like a charm.. basically the same thing as the allagah and firestone ones. But man yours are truly beautiful man!

Dont get me wrong yours look killer I just very rarely use anything but a Bic
Once the Bic method is mastered it works on all but the most stubborn caps in a flash
