The fooderies had bcbs/cs/bw the week after still. Coffee was limited at that point, but plenty of regular and bw. They eventually released another case of them a couple weeks later. They've done this the last two years, in some fashion. I grabbed the last coffee last year in the middle of the week after black friday.

Wegmans had BCBCS last year. Was fortuante enough to scoop up (2) 4-packs. The Pour House in North Wales will be getting a case of Rare but they will be pouring it all... 6oz pours for those who attend. No idea on pricing or other beers being offered that day.

6am!? Is that how early I should plan to get in line? Never camped out for BCBS on a Black Friday before.

Yes, likely to be the case this year

Nothing from the Foodery still? I feel like last year they released details weeks before. I guess this will benefit people like me who stalk their FB page all day and maybe some people won't know about it when they release details.

foodery nolibs just posted about having rare, but not really many details yet. Most likely 12 bottles for 300 people who wait in line unfortunately.

Not to mention they are the only store to get those bottles "in the whole USA," according to their Facebook event.

I checked the Roxbourough page and they aren't getting rare. In a comment, they said that NoLibs would be the only Foodery getting it.

If that proves to be the case it raises an interesting dilemma: make an attempt at Rare in NoLibs, or take advantage of the (presumably) lesser crowds at the other Foodery stores to get BCBS, BW, Coffee and Regal?

EDIT: Actually, this might be a moot point if they stagger the opening times for the various stores, which I believe was the case last year. The crowd will likely just move in that case.

Well, they said they would be opening at 10 instead of 8, which at least points to some change this year. Also a note, the roxborough post said that certain kinds would be limited, while the northern liberties page did not say this. May be nothing, but its possible northern liberties has more of everything.

I'm assuming The Foodery people get one larger allotment that they then spread among the individual stores. I've never been to the Roxborough location, but the NoLibs shop is on the larger side, relatively speaking, and has a decent amount of sidewalk space for a line. I'd call the 10th & Pine shop the flagship, but that one's obviously hurting for space. It was a tad crowded in there last Black Friday. Unless I hear one of the Center City shops will have a less-limited amount of Coffee and Regal, I'll probably end up at NoLibs.

No matter where you go to get your bottles be prepared to have a long, cold, overnight wait…if you want to get any at all.

Like i said above.....the rittenhouse foodery had coffee, bw, and bcbs for days after.......I was out of town until sunday and didn't make it in until monday and had no issue. This year may be different, who knows.

Does anyone have any info regarding availability at Wegmans in the suburbs? Specifically Malvern and Downingtown?
    Thanks

Also with Wegmans, what time do beer sales normally start?

Here is some info for my fellow beer advocates. People should be able to find some BCBS around. There is a decent amount of cases that hit the 5 county area. We also received a good bit of barleywine. Coffee, Regal, and Rare will be all very difficult to find as the allocation was quite small.

There are a couple events on black Friday that will have some Variants on tap. City tap house Logan square and Bishops collar will both have some draft available that day

I dont forsee that happening this year...the new variants are attracting the attention of more and people as well as the new bottle format. I would also imagine alot of people out of state will be coming to PA at a chance to land bottles. IE) Jersey and Delaware.
