I noticed that Bourbon County Brand Coffee Stout has been removed from the Top 250, I’m assuming because it’s now listed as “retired” I was just wondering if this was official and whose in charge of listing a beer as “retired?” I know it hasn’t been brewed since 2017, but did Goose Island announce it will never be brewed again? If not, then why removed from top 250? Just curious

If a beer is tagged as a one-off release, it'll automatically be retired by the system over time. In this case it looks like it was simply retired manually as it's no longer being brewed.

If it makes a comeback, the beer can easily be pulled out of retirement.
