The saddest part of my wedding was giving all my groomsman a bottle of Elmer T. Lee and having none of them actually open said bottles to give me a swig.

This post is bringing back the memories. I also just remembered, we made Stout Brownies for all of our out of town wedding guests, using Southern Tier Ceme Brulee. That stout makes the bomb baked goods.

I've tried this with Westmalle Dubel and Mikeller Black and they both gave me trouble with cake collapse and the alcohol seemed to settle at bottom. You?

I've made kbs brownies before, and they turned out amazing. I wish I had some more BCBS than I do so I could try this

No problems at all following the recipe I had. They ended up rich and just dense enough. Surprised at how consistent they were.
