Hey @mikeincharleston - I (and I'm sure a good number of BA'ers) really do appreciate your responsiveness and answers on here. It's great having interaction with the people responsible for the beers we enjoy.

I was late to the Westbrook party, and tried your stuff for the first time when I got some Goze as an extra in a trade. It was really good and really well done. Since I missed the Mex Cake when it was released, I recently traded for a bottle that I can't wait to try.

Not to mention all the Evil Twin stuff that came out of Westbrook that I've been able to drink and share with others - IBB, IBB Natale, BA IBB, IDB, etc!

Homebrewers count very much....after all, we all play with yeast, malt, hops and water. I like the BA forums because people here are passionate and seekers of good beer and the sophisticated artistry of yeast, and keepers of the flame of real beer...not marketing, hype or trends (OK, we are mostly free of hype but so much more than the general population).

Craft beer's soul is good beer and the people who care about enjoying quality while spending time with new and old friends. The BA forums help to keep the flame alive.

The guy from Black Husky posts a decent amount and seems really responsive and polite, not sure what he goes by, though.

I'm the assistant brewer at Gordon Biersch in San Jose, let me know if you guys have any questions. We have a new beer coming out on Feb 11th (our first pale ale!) I also want to have my own brewery open within 5 years, so stay posted!

Jean from Tired Hands has posted a good deal in the past but not sure if he's been around much lately. Methinks the business of brewing and serving is keeping him pretty busy!
