Brewing & Brewing Related Stuffs 02/08 Edition

    I pretty mush stuck to the above recipe. But I forgot that with small beer the efficiency goes up, I came in at 1.045. Hopefully it won't be an alcoholic mess.

    I just took a taste and it's done. So four or five days in it's kegged.

    Looks like 80% attenuation @ 4.8%.
