Now I'm really hoping this is PB&J.

(Although I'm also secretly hoping for a Grand Marnier BT sometime down the road)

These are now probably the newly branded Hoarders Cuvee - anyone know for sure?

Would those who've had Quad Tonellerie classify it closer to a regular quad (rich dark fruity sweet) or is it closer to a beer that would normally be called a "sour" ?

Agreed. After blueberry, blackberry is quickly becoming my fave addition in a sour.

Found a bottle of Batch 1000 Bryeian in a cooler at a local liquor store yesterday. I was hesitant to buy after reading label for fear of hops fading off and it says to enjoy fresh but I went and bought it, it was $11.99. I drank it last night I was pleasantly surprised, still tasted a bit of hop and it very enjoyable.

If any Hoarders are at the tasting room Friday afternoon (I'll likely show up between 3 and 4pm), I'll gladly buy a few rounds in exchange for whatever may be available on the hoarder's list at that time.

    Thanks!

Anyone opened an ISO:FT recently? Realized I have one left and I'm thinking of opening it Friday. I'll probably crack it open anyway but I'm curious if anyone has feedback on expectations beyond the two reviews it has in the past two years.

Edit: It's been stored in a temperature controlled wine cellar for the entire past five years so if anyone has specific experience with similar storage, that's of the most interest.

i opened one that i kept in a temp controlled chest freezer since release about 3 months ago. Not much date left but i still picked up some nice guava sourness and a nice leatheryness that im sure was more pronounced because of the oxidation. My bottle didnt have a ton of carbonation but still enuff to carry the body of the beer

Agreed, the last bottle I opened along with a Marron Acidifie were both pretty oxidized but still holding up well enough to enjoy. Both were nearly painful sour though, so be prepared.

I say the Quadrupel Tonnellerie for sure! It was my favorite of the month. Frambulous is also very good
