Bruery 2018 RS/HS Allocations

Not the one with strawberry and jalapenos. I love the flavor of strawberries, love the flavor of jalapenos (and am fine with the mild heat they have), but oh my goodness do those flavors not belong together. With that said, my buddy who was trying it with me absolutely loves that one and bought crowlers, so YMMV.

 

nice draft list for Hoarders (best list in a few months probably). Boysenberry Black Tuesday and Banana Puddin' (and crowlers) oh yes!

Even my wife who doesn't really like beer, loved Banana Puddin.

 

Probably a typo but Banana Puddin seems to be cheaper for fills at Terreux than the OG tasting room. Can any hoarder help this reserve member either grab a growler fill or crowler?

 

Banana puddin at the festival tasted exactly like a smashed up old banana whereas on tap I had at terreux was literally a boozy wheat wine with only the aroma of bananas.

 

Oreo SHIT on at Terreux. So good!

I’m enjoying the amount of peanut flavor in Abba Zabba as well.

The comments when they post a Hoarders only beer, especially one that sounds on paper awesome like this one, are always gold.

 

Ill never understand it. Hoarders pay to become hoarders based on releases like this. You pay $750 you get exclusive beers.There has to be be some exclusivity .Then RS members cry about it every time. Didn't the last few years for hoarders suck? Everything dropped down to RS except Room for more? So this year they're obviosuly changing their mindset. .

 

Even more ridiculous when considering the number of solid RS exclusive beers this year.

RS seems to lag a year on the weekday beers, not sure why it being HS only would surprise anyone.

 

I'm super excited for Sundae Sunday... though a little surprised/intrigued/apprehensive about it combining bourbon and wine barrel BT together...

 

I was going to say the same thing, exclusivity for RS has gone up. (RS as well)

 

Haha that was my favorite Bruecicle so far. I thought the flavors worked great together. I bought growlers also. I will say that it was the ugliest beer I've ever seen though.

 

Appreciate your comment. Should add that Hoarders do get additional benefit in beers for the additional membership fee they pay. It's more about the committment they have displayed prior to being a Hoarder (whatever the magical formula is that grants someone the ability to be Hoarder vs. RS.

 

Got a fill of Sangria Tuesday tonight. Here’s to hoping they bottle this again.

 

I was really hoping they'd have all that stuff on tap like right after the anniversary... totally jealous of the people that live down there. Also, I'm super stoked for Sunday Sundae. If it's anything like the boysenberry BT they had/have on tap, it's an easy max.
