Looking forward to all the upcoming clusterforks.
Me too - see you there, Greg. Looks like both events are already sold out now. Crazy!
Got the July one.
Looks like I should be attending all four Clusterforks this year. Can't wait. These are right up there for me in terms of favorite beer events of the year.
I was only able to secure July tickets and as my first cluster.. I am stoked!
With FW invitational, Stone sourfest and July Clusterfork... June and July are shaping up to be a fun few months of drinking beers with friends.
Looks like we will be spending a lot of "quality" time together.
I will be going to the September clusterfork, that is my birthday weekend and it will be my first clusterfork. I am really excited!
Anyone got room for one more?
Friend had to cancel so I have an extra ticket for the May 5th early (12-3) session.
Anyone know what they're bringing on Sunday?
I've got a growler of VSS, but I'm not sure what else.
Depends on what lands between now and Saturday.
i am going early session bringing
Ranger Creek Small Batch #5
see you guys there
I'll be bringing a bottle of 2011 Abyss and a Fantome Saison. See you guys on Sunday!
Anybody know what the tap list will be like?
PIN: Black Tuesday w/ Cinnamon*
PIN: Humulus Lager w/ Habanero
Mischief Gone Wild (originally released early 2011)
Sans Pagaie 2013
subject to change... based on the ever changing whims of the beer gods
I'm bringing... Evolution Brewing Nouveau Rouge and a growler of RR Shadow of a Doubt.
I'm bringing a 30 block of Keystone Light. See you all there.
Remember there are two sessions next Sunday, so you may want to indicate which one you are going to. I'm going to the 3:30 session and will probably bring a '13 Dark Lord and a Permanent Funeral.
Is there anywhere to pick up 12 bottle styro shippers near the Bruery?
My local BevMo stopped selling them. They only sell these crappy 6 bottle styro bottle carriers.
Depends on your definition of near. The BevMo in orange carries 12 bottle pulp shippers, TW in brea has 12 bottle styros occasionally, and Box Zone in orange has them every so often (their price kinda sucks, but the 6 bottle shippers they sell are modular so you can stick two side by side in an appropriately sized box).
Anybody know where the clusterforks are as the tasting room seems to be open regular hours?
It's held where they brew beer. Walk around the silo and the doors will be open.
Even though I slept on this round..Thanks JP for the extra tix.
Thanks!!!! And Wi-five for the brue Crüe for hosting An awesome event.
To all that shared comma thank you all!
My koodegras goes to the fellow that offered an early 90's BW from Blind pig!
Thanks again for the awesome bottleshare.
I'm going to have to skip on some of the awesome barrel aged stuff next time. I didn't feel well after my ride arrived.
BTW...I'm a non member, but when are the Clusterforks? Are they once a month, and when?
I had nothing but amazing beers last night. This was the highlight of the event. Thanks again usofar for the ticket and letting me chill/drink with you guys.
How was the Blind Pig?
It was ok - I brought it more as a novelty and didn't expect much, but it was surprisingly drinkable (the nose was initially kind of musty, but the hops still came through nearly 20 years later).
There are 4 clusterfork dates this year... March, May, July, and September. Sunday afternoon.
When is the July one?
July 21: 2 sessions.
Also September 22 (2 sessions as well).
I was skeptical attending my first Clusterfork yesterday (late session). I've always thought that it was just a really expensive bottleshare, so it always puzzled me that they sell out so quickly. Now I get it. Easily the most fun beer event that I've been to. So much great camaraderie. Big praise to Navy Tim who rocked Veritas 006 and 3 Fontenein 4'Armand! Also the great guy (sorry, forgot your name) who graced us with Cigar City 100K+OT Batch 2! So many other fantastic beers, St. Lamvinus, '13 DL, BB 4D, Eclipse '11 Grand Cru, CBS, KBS, that giant f'in growler of Hill Farmstead Everett, and the list goes on! I only wish that I hadn't entirely burned all of my tastebuds off with that damn Habanero Humulus Lager.
Can you still get tix for the 7/21?
There are still tickets available for the second session 3:30-6:30, but if you only need one I got you covered for the early session 12:00-3:00 as a thank you for the YMBBIF.
Anyone have an extra ticket for the 1-3 pm session? I have a 3-6 pm ticket however I would rather attend the earlier one instead.
I can trade/transfer mine or offer beer/cash. Thank you!
