Mine had two. Probably have to email them if you want to push the limit.

Also, might turn out to not be secure enough in which case they'd stop, so probably best to double check with them before ordering.

Got a 4 pack of sticky chunk. Opened one tonight and its incredible. One of my favorite bruery beers ive had in a while. Will be buying more. Great balance of all flavors. I had a apple falls far and it was super sweet. Very tasty but very different. Interested in what people will say about this. Scotch and apple were huge on this for me.

Anyone know if the Fulfillment center is still open?

Didn't get a response to my pick up email, which is unusual. .

    I picked up today.

They are just backed up, with all the pick up and local delivery orders.

    No problem with my pickup.

I emailed yesterday and never got a response. I showed up and they just asked for my name. They Didn’t mention if I emailed them prior or not. Should be good since they offer same day pickup for everyone now.

Ugggh, I saw this yesterday AND the Blueberry Pancake a few days ago. Crowlers only and Lokal Delivery does not reach far enough south!! :sob:

Yes!! Although I think that Spicy Island really did end up being my #1 from the BT box - Blueberry Pancake taking the oh-so-close #2 spot.

Finally got around to cracking Thomas Rutherford. Was prepared to enjoy it, but expecting to be slightly underwhelmed, based on how I felt about Elizabeth Rutherford. However, this is fantastic. Really digging it.

So four months into 2020, and I have to say I am really enjoying the HS Bruery option. This change has clearly increased the value of my membership. The vast majority of the included beers are on my buy list, verses, OK I'll try it.

I'm very satisfied with this change.

Are these more wine-like or beer-like? Asking for serving temperature reasons (and if non-beer people would enjoy it)

Their instructions are to treat like wine in terms of storing and serving.

Elizabeth Rutherford I thought had a really interesting balance of beer and wine characteristics. I had it a year ago and am planning to try another in the next month or so.

Thomas Rutherford was, to me, much more wine centric. So I assume a wine person would dig it... But I think it would be super interesting to hear from a wine person who doesn't drink much beer what they think; do they think it's wine, or do they immediately pick up that something is different?

Shared an April Showers and a Quad Kisses tonight. I had the same reaction to both: fantastic beers but too high a price point for what they are.

April Showers is kinda a Mischief and Levuds on steroids. Great Belgian flavors, yeast forward, soft hopping on finish, not sure I get much oak. It's delicious, but I don't know that I want the extra 4% ABV vs a Mischief, and for the price I think I'd be happier with a four pack of Mischief.

Quad Kisses is really smooth and mellow. Outstanding flavor if you like dark Belgian beers. But,I don't know that I pick up a lot from the barrels... Not sure if that means they were too subtle or too good at getting them all to balance to the point they blend seamlessly. I get that moving the beer through four barrels (unless they just blended four batches) is very risky and labor intensive, but ultimately I can't justify the price. I loved West Wood and American Copper, both of which were cheaper and brought more barrel character (even if that was because they simply had more aggressive barrel).

I would say these blur the lines between the beer and wine world. Personally this is a beer I like to share with non-beer drinking friends and family without telling them it's a beer. Blows minds usually. As far as service temperature let it warm up a little bit.

For me, all of the red wine hybrids going back to Vindictives and Wineifications, have skewed more towards wine than beer. Some more than others. I do like red wine, and have enjoyed each of them to some degree. I just think the overall quality of the TR seemed like a step up from others, and avoided a slight bitter aftertaste that I got from some of the others.

Drank a quad kisses last night. Probably the smoothest quad I have had. Felt the barrel characters came through underneath with a nice vanilla I associate with rum barrels. Will probably pick up one or two more. Price point and full cellar are limiting factors.

wondering about May flowers. Not barrel aged, cheaper price point. Curious about any tasting notes?

May Flowers is phenomenal. Super flavofull and easy drinking for 12.5%. Tons of hibiscus, lots of Belgian yeast, all really well balanced. And, price point feels right. Maxing this, and might grab more later if available.

Also joining the club with Sticky Chunk. Maybe not the instant classic of Churriosity, but a really super good beer. As a stout, way more body than most Bruery stouts. Huge chocolate, almond comes through more as it warms (not nearly as strong as Mrzipandemonium though). Buying more here as well.
