Premier is a great choice. I also like:

It's not cheap, but they normally have some good stuff. Bonus is just down the street are two great bars, Blue Monk and Cole's

 

As others have said premier or consumer beverages in the buffalo area. Premier has way more selection but make sure to check dates for ipas. I've seen quite a few expired on shelves. You could also check out Wegmans. It's a grocery store but have a good selection depending on the store. You won't find anything hard to come by at consumers. Bm me if you need anymore info

Lockport Consumers is a rather small store and you aren't going to find anything crazy there at all. Best Bet is Premier by far for bottles....closest option for breweries is Woodcock Brothers and Becker Farms and their best beers are mediocre at best.

If you are definitely going to be in the Lockport area and have free time, hit me up...can definitely pop some basement turds for you.

Village Beer Merchant has 2 locations in Buffalo about 5 miles apart. Both stores have a decent selection but for harder to find bottles hit up Premier. The Consumers Bev on Sheridan has the nicest selection of all the Consumers.

All this being said, the selection here in Buffalo is pretty weak.

 

...or a better selection, better bartenders, better bar owners, larger pours for your money...but I am just spit balling. Settle down 2013'er
