New year. New thread now that the taproom is open.

They teased it previously, but expansion is on the way at Transfer Food Hall. Plus adding Wednesday hours.

I'll be super excited when you can get draft pours and continue into the food hall and hopefully get a little bit away from the feeling of being packing in with the young sardines. One can dream.

Yeah this will be a welcome expansion and hopefully realize the potential that this concept has. Currently the Burial spot doesn’t really feel like a part of the food hall, more of a separate entity next door.

Props to Burial for this. Need more of this transparency in the industry.

Anyone try Talonsword? What do you think? A DIPA version of Hawkbill.

It’s the best DIPA they’ve done in a while IMO. Tastes and looks exactly like what you’d imagine a double Hawkbill to be. Not super hazy, more of that in between style. Reminded me of the Dinner I had on draft recently.

Talonsword is really good. I don't know if they had cans come out here, the Concepts of Dismemberment was excellent as well, (which they could have canned the coffee version though, mmm)

Was a big fan of Vividly Depicted Hauntings, the all Mosaic one they just did. Wish they would do more like that in the 7.5% range.

Although it did (and still does) say on their site that it’s still on draft, but it wasn’t when I was there at opening yesterday. Grabbed cans so no worries, but I hope they update the online list a little more frequently going forward.

Definitely. Also, To Streak Blood which has been one of the best in the past.
