    Hi Ventura78

    Hate to bust your bubble, but that beer is the 499th Anniversary brew...look at the label it says CDXCIX, which = 499.

    When I was at the cafe in the summer I asked about that and they said something like they made it early & are not sure if they will come up with a new label &/or beer in 2015 for the 500th anniversary. Maybe the same beer & label but with a D for 500?

    Did they tell you anything different when you were there? Either way it is a tasty brew, Enjoy the beer and glassware.

    Filip, sorry I missed you in July. We did do a nice tour of Fort Lapin while we were there.

    I did notice that about the roman numerals, but the label also says 1515 - 2015. I just figured they wanted it on hand for the second the clock strikes new years on Jan first. On their website they have a countdown clock heading towards that second.
