Yeah yeah yeah, I know Tuesday is not ideal. But there's going to be a crap load of people in from out of town for the NHC, and we wanted to do something special for them. We felt it was important to expose them to the awesome sours being brewed in California, and this was our chance to do it. So I apologize to your various bosses about your condition at work on Wednesday, but you should all still come Cheers & thanks, Jacob McKean Modern Times Beer
OK, first thing: what's NHC? I'm assuming it has nothing to do with Hurricanes, so Homebrewers Conference? Second, most important (since I won't be able to attend): I am seriously ISO this glass! If someone is not going to this Sunday's event, I will be more than happy to swap! Oh and Bernice on tap? *&N*WR@#$&*Y!!!!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA yessssss thank god an event on a Tuesday! I'm sorry beer nerds but fuck you guys if you complain about an event on a weekday. Some of us that serve you guys 5-6 days a week don't get to go to all the rad events on Saturdays and Sunday's. So sorry for being excited about this.,.. But you guys have no room to complain. @ModernTimesJacob thank you. So much.
All events at the Lomaland Fermentorium are ticketed the same way: 125 people per session plus 10 designated driver tickets. So if you've been to any other ticketed event at the brewery, that's what it'll be like. I prefer to keep the events comfortable and low-key with minimal lines, rather than trying to squeeze every last drop of revenue from them by packing people in. Cheers & thanks, Jacob McKean Modern Times Beer
