Can we talk about Carton brewing?

@augiecarton I'm a Michigander, and haven't made my way out to the Garden State yet, however I have had the pleasure of experiencing Regular Coffee, Irish Coffee, Boat, ODubs, and SS Kentucky through a generous friend of mine, and I must say...keep doing what you're doing. Growth and expansion seem to be on your horizon, and I love the fact that you guys operate outside of the normal parameters of the "flavor of the week" type of beers most breweries produce. I thank you for the beers you make, and intend on making a stop on my road trip this fall just to see the brewery and experience as much as I can. Keep up the good work, you guys are doing it right.

 

I really hope they do flights so people can try all of the 077XX varients. Getting a full pour of each doesn't sound like the most responsible thing to do knowing I'm an hour away from home.

 

I just wished all these awesome events weren't on work nights haha.

Thanks to this thread and Augie's advice, I was able to finally get my hands on some cans in SNJ. Know when can's were expected to come in made it a lot easier to get solid information from my nearby provider than just asking on random visits.

Enjoying some 077XX from the latest batch of cans right now. Terrific beer and I'm proud that it's brewed here in the Dirty Jerz. Now if we could get a 10% ABV dripping with citrus atomic bomb triple IPA from Carton, I'd be camping out on the side of 36 waiting for fresh cans...

 

I'd be blissfully happy if they brewed Epitome year round!

 

Anyone know if Carton dates any of their cans or planning to date their cans eventually? I don't live that close to the brewery but a store nearby me does occasionally get their supplies and I know their stuff usually fly off the shelves but would be nice to able to gauge how long/short it's been sitting on their shelves before deciding to purchase

 

Carton just posted the following:

"Cans: 077XX (two 4-packs per person); IDIPA (four 4-packs per person)"

Am I missing something or is "IDIPA" a new can?

 

@M-Fox24 they're releasing it in cans and in brewery today. A new single, pretty sure it's just a one time thing for now. Another thread has the video about it in the mid Atlantic forum.
