FYI.....I went to Whole Foods in Jericho, NY to get a growler of Carton 077XX yesterday. Opened the growler immediately upon getting home and it was COMPLETELY flat. Total drain pour. Went back to Whole Foods this morning to get either a credit or an exchange and I was basically told, "Too bad." Save your money and DO NOT get any growlers from this Whole Foods.

That a shame. I wouldn't patronize that whole foods after that either. Don't let it alter your view of carton though, world class brewery.

Horrible customer service! Surprised a WF is like that as they are pretty good customer wise. Treat a customer right with another $10-15 and keep them a customer or lose them? Easy choice.

That store is only good for the occasional overpriced bottle release.

Customer service in their has always been abysmal since the place was first built.

Everyone has a chip on their shoulder for one reason or another.

To play devils advocate did you bring a receipt in with you? If not, and all it took was an empty growler and word of a flat growler would equal tons of free fills.

Had a buddy in NJ ship me a 32 oz growler of Dune Fruit a couple weeks ago, drank it with a couple of buddies prior to Nite one of Phish at Merriweather, it was a really good beer, I got a lot of smoke on the nose, and some at the front and middle of the beer, and then the fruit really comes through. I'm guessing it was a smoked malt used in the beer, anyway, really good, got our weekend started off with a bang!

Have a 4 pack of IDIPA coming from same friend in NJ, can't wait to try it, my buddies up there like it slightly ahead of O'Dubs and Boat!

When the new building opens, will you serve pints in the tasting room? How about 07747 full time at Maloney's?

it's a tasting room not a drinking room. like now when something merits more than 4 oz for the experience more will be offered. at 4 oz you leave our place somewhere between 24-30 oz if you use all your chips and get a cask, that's plenty for a tasting room visit.
more tanks and more space would mean more beer. for us that will mean more beers as well as more beer of course. the only thing that will always be truly full time is boat at this point. i can't live without boat.
