Ahhhhhh gotcha and I totally agree. I used to chase everything.... with FR 10 min from my apartment and Corridor 25 I don't nearly as much.. luckily I get NE really easy so I do love to grab fun brews but stuff like Stratus for 12 a quad make that way less needed!

Def didn't feel attacked. I love 99% of the hater on this thread(we know who we all get annoyed by)

Love doing blind side by sides... so when ppl get NE stuff they should try it against our best!

I really liked Nailed. It had a slight bite to it which made it more complex than some of the juice bombs that are one note. Very fluffy mouth feel. I would definitely drink this one again.

Binnys grand just got the stone enjoy by 12oz unfiltered cans... only like 6 cases so I'd imagine it goes fast. For 13 bucks that's a big winner for me... Chicago NE IPA or not.. just a heads up

Walked by those and didn't know it was the unfiltered version. Thanks for the heads up!

I guess that's the beauty of everyone having a different opinion when it comes to beer. I remember having those beers and not being that blown away by them. Admittedly it has been a while since I had Green, but my Untapped check-in confirmed that my socks were not blown off. The others I've had more recently, while very delicious beers it's not something I would trade for with all of the great stuff we have here.

Yeah, this month is unfiltered. I watch that very carefully, since the original batch of Unfiltered was a top 5 DIPA for me. The last batch, though, was either a letdown, or I've had wayyyyy too many good unfiltered IPAs since.

I'd go with you have had many more! But for money and package I think this ones a must! Will report back in few hours. Love my Thursday and Fridays off to hit FR and Corridor every week!

Ehh. Coridor and FR both have beers that are better or just as good as Green, Julius, Dopple, Eurika, ect.

For me at least it becomes less about what is better and more about what local business can I support tht is doing just as good and constantly improving. Its nice to drink TH every now and then but for the cost to acquire I would rather spend my money at FR. The quality is equal and taste differs but its better for Chicago beer in the long run to spend money at places like that then giving someone on facebook 10$ a can.

My sentiments exactly. If we can support local guys like BJ at FR, Corridor, etc. to continue making great beer + give them more reasons to continue crafting and improving the recipes/methods, I'm all for that over spending money to get the harder to find out of distro stuff. Vote with your wallets.

BAs- Drink local, support your community brewer.

Brewers- make good beer, take care of your customers, and be actively involved in your community.

Doesn't get more simple than that.

I agree on that- I've never bought secondary ever- luckily have awesome connects on East Coast.... pay cash and shipping for Trill and others...

That said I'm at those breweries weekly and send out there beers all the time so ppl get to try them. Jow's arcade did a pretty cool Corridor review if you are into that!

Just confirming that we are all set for Squeezit V2 (Mosaic, El Do, Nelson) release at Corridor starting at 11am tomorrow (6/9). Tons of Tropical Fruit aroma in this one. Growlers, Crowlers, and draft. We expect it to be available until the following Friday (6/16). Also, on a side note we will be pre filling cans in the morning and have pre labeled an additional 300 cans. So, we are learning and adapting to meet the needs of order and faster moving lines. Hope to see everyone tomorrow and throughout next week. Cheers to you and Chicago beer.
